Biography

Mr. Steven Wu serves as Managing Director at CDIB Capital International. He served as Board Member at Anhui Dong Jin Renewable Resource Technology. He focuses on sourcing, underwriting and portfolio management of investments in the "China-Taiwan" vertical. Prior to CDIB Capital, Steven served as Senior Vice President at China Venture Management, an investment affiliate of CDF. Prior to CDF, Steven was Senior Vice President at WI Harper (Taipei) and oversaw deal sourcing, investment evaluation, and portfolio management. Before joining WI Harper, he was Vice President of the Investment Department at Central Investment Holding Company, the largest investment holding company of the KMT Business Management Committee. Prior to that, he was a Senior Consultant in the corporate finance division of Arthur Andersen and Investment Manager of the Pacific Capital Fund Management Company. He also sits on the board of directors or serves as an observer for several Taiwan and PRC companies.
