Biography

Mr. Shaoqiang Liu serves as Managing Director & Partner at Centurium Capital. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President at CDIB Capital International. Prior to joining CDIB Capital, he served at CITIC Private Equity as an Investment Manager in the International Investment Group, based in Beijing. Prior to CITIC Private Equity, he was a Vice President in the investment banking divisions of Moelis & Company and Roth Capital Partners, based respectively in Beijing and Shanghai, where he led the execution of various M&A transactions, privatizations, LBO, and private financing transactions. Prior to that, he worked as a Senior Analyst in the Investment Banking Division of Jefferies & Company and as an Associate in the Transaction Services Advisory Group of PricewaterhouseCoopers. He holds a BS degree from Fudan University with a double major in Applied Mathematics and Economics and is a CFA charter holder.
