Biography

Mr. Ralph Stow served as a Board Member at NeoFirma. Mr. Stow served as Chairman at STI Guns. Mr. Stow served as a Board Member at Paranet Solutions. Mr. Stow served as Managing Partner at Valeo Capital. He is the Managing Partner of Stow-Miller Holdings, LP, a Texas-based, captive private investment firm. For over 25 years he has been active in value-creation across a variety of industries and platform companies, as an operating executive, intermediary, investor, and executive advisor. Previously, Mr. Stow founded, operated and sold several professional services companies including a C-level retained executive search firm and a software application provider. Prior, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of ERIKS Corporation, the North and South American subsidiary of ERIKS, NV, a Dutch-owned global distribution corporation. Prior to ERIKS, he held various Vice President-level positions in Finance, Distribution, Business Development and Operations at Aviall, Inc., a global distributor of aircraft parts and engine overhaul services, now part of Boeing. Mr. Stow began his post-graduate career as a Management Consultant with CSC Consulting (CSC/INDEX), Price Waterhouse, and Paragon Consulting Group, a boutique management-consulting firm formed by a number of senior partners from Booz-Allen & Hamilton. Mr. Stow holds an MBA from the University of Virginia's Colgate Darden Graduate School of Business Administration (1989) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Agri-Business from Sam Houston State University.
