Biography

Mr. Michael Irvine is the Founder and serves as Managing Partner at Cordovan Capital Management. He serves as a Board Member at CIGA Healthcare, Decom Engineering, Spanwall Facades, Tribe Tech Group, Intupod, reefLIVE, Causeway Aero Group, and Decom Engineering. He previously served as a Board Member at TruCorp and MyCarNeedsA.com. He is an FCA with 18 years of experience, the last 14 of which have been spent in Corporate Finance and Investment. He trained with PwC in London before joining KPMG in Belfast, where he ultimately became Director responsible for the M&A team in Northern Ireland. In 2007 he set up the Northern Ireland operations of Davy Stockbrokers, successfully establishing the Davy brand in Northern Ireland and growing the client base from a standing start. He left Davy to establish Cordovan Capital (now Arkios Cordovan) in October 2011 where he has focused on raising equity for early-stage and fast-growing businesses and advising shareholders on business acquisition and disposal mandates. He holds a bachelor's of law from Queen's University.
