Biography

Mr. Andrew Chen serves as Managing Partner & Director at Arion Ventures. He is also the Founder and CEO of Menuscript. He also currently lectures a graduate course on emerging technology and entrepreneurship part-time at the School of Design at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Prior to this, he also worked as a corporate consultant for 4 years, where he worked with a wide range of organizations to solve strategic issues. Through his engagements, he has worked with early-stage ventures, Fortune 500 companies, academic institutions, non-profit organizations, and social enterprises. Prior to this Andy has also founded numerous other entrepreneurial ventures.
