Mr. Michael Thomas served as General Partner and Director of Sustainability and Social Responsibility at Urban Capital of America. He is a seasoned professional with over eighteen years of experience in leading strategic and tactical business planning, profitability analysis, customized program development, organizational change management and project management for over thirty five million dollars in contracts for various organizations. He has expertise in developing high performing teams through clear goal setting, with team members and input from clients. Michael is a strong collaborator, working within diverse cultural settings while engaging various stakeholders within a fast-paced environment. Michael attends the University Of Chicago and is pursuing a Master of Science degree in Threat & Response Management. He graduated in the top 10% of his class at Chicago State University receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
