William Skelley General Information

Biography

Mr. William Skelley is a Co-Founder and serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman at iFunding. He was responsible for business development activities at the company. In 2005, he founded a boutique investment bank that underwrote real estate transactions, ranging from hotels/resorts acquiring, to mixed-use properties and scores of single family homes. William specializes in fundraising from accredited investors and family offices and is a frequent speaker at industry events discussing real estate finance and crowdfunding. Prior to founding iFunding, William was a principal at Rose Park Advisors, a hedge fund founded by Harvard Business School professor Dr. Clayton Christensen, specializing in "disruptive innovation." He has also worked at General Electric, Olympus, and as an advisor to several start-ups. He attended Hobart College and Harvard Business School.
