Biography
Mr. Chahram Becharat serves as President and Chief Executive Officer at Craft AI. He served as Board Member at Mensia Technologies. He served as Chairman at Vectaury. He is the former CEO and now Board Member at Damavand Mineral Waters in Iran. Prior to that, he had a long career at LVMH where he was Senior Vice President - Selective Distribution Group, Director of DFS Group, Director of Sephora Group and as Assistant to Bernard Arnault advising on acquisitions, investments and emerging market strategy. He was the Senior Managing Director of Europ@web from the Fund's inception in 1999 to December 2001, during which time the Fund invested $700m in companies such as LibertySurf, Webhelp, SeLoger, flutter.com... He received a M.S. in Mathematics and Physics from the Ecole Polytechnique in 1988 and an M.B.A. from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration in 1994.
