Biography

Mr. Alan Schuler is a Co-Founder and serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Member at ProSmart Enterprises. Alan is a professional hockey veteran and a volunteer minor hockey coach with an extensive background in Business Development and Finance. ProSmart was founded under his belief that all coaches, parents and players should have access to professional education. Today, Alan manages the long-term growth of the organization. Prior to Co-Founding ProSmart, Mr. Schuler gained extensive financial services and private equity experience through his roles as Vice President of Business Development for StoneTower Financial Solutions and as Managing Partner for WestVine Capital Partners. As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Schuler has leveraged his personal network and brought together an experienced results-driven team capable of taking a leadership position within the massive $1.3 trillion sports marketplace. From there he successfully brokered ProSmart's acquisition by Sora Capital Corp (now ProSmart Enterprises Inc.) and transitioned his role in to President & Chief Executive Officer of the parent company. Now as a public company (PROS:TSXV), Mr. Schuler is highly focused on ensuring the company is well positioned at every level to deliver a leading niche sports network platform that enables learning, connecting and sharing on a global scale.
