Biography

Mr. David Kimbrough serves as Managing Director, Acquisitions and Dispositions at Hancock Timber Resource Group. He served as Manager of Dispositions at Hancock Timber Resource Group. David is responsible for the daily management and execution of Hancock Timber Resource Group's land sale program throughout North America. In this role, he manages a team that helps customize and implement disposition strategies for each HTRG investor for both large-scale dispositions and retail sales. Prior to his current position, David held positions in HTRG's Forest Operations & Stewardship area as regional forester and operations coordinator. In these prior roles, David was also responsible for the assignment, review, and reporting of all third-party appraisal work performed on the firm's North and South American properties. Before joining the firm in 1994, he worked with a timberland consulting firm in the South. He received his B.S. degree in Forest Management from Mississippi State University, an M.S. in Forest Economics, and an MBA from the university.
