Biography

Mr. Mark Graham is a Co-Founder & serves as Managing Partner at Markham Capital Partners. Mr. Graham was a Co-Founder and serves as Managing Partner at Wheelhouse. Mr. Graham has a proven track record in successfully leading companies through mergers and acquisitions, a keen understanding of initial public offerings, and vast experience managing companies going through various types of complicated management transitions. Prior to founding Wheelhouse LLC, Graham served as the President, CEO, and Chairman of ReMedPar, Inc., a leading provider of aftermarket imaging products, services, and equipment to healthcare professionals. In this role, he quickly stabilized the company and then grew the business while improving earnings 52 percent and 44 percent, respectively, year over year. Subsequently, he managed the sale of the company which resulted in record multiples for investors and one of the most profitable transactions ever for the lead sponsor, a New York-based private equity firm. From 1991 to 1999, while serving as President of Mergers and Acquisitions and two operating divisions for Pameco Corporation, a $700 million public company, he acquired and upgraded 15 companies effectively doubling the parent company leading to a successful IPO.
