Biography

Mr. Joseph Messineo served as Director of business Development at Edge Capital (Pennsylvania). Mr. Joseph Messineo served as the Principal of capital Markets at SeedInvest. Mr. Messineo was a Co-Founder of Rukkus. Joe is a serial entrepreneur who has been an early member of four startups, founded two, and led one to a successful exit. Spending most of his 20-year career in finance he is most passionate about matching early-stage and late-stage investors with high-growth investment opportunities. At his former companies Cohen & Company (NYSE: COHN), Hexagon Securities, and UBS, he focused on capital raising, deal origination, and institutional sales. Most recently he was COO & Head of Business Development for Rukkus, a technology-driven e-commerce platform for concert, sports, and theater tickets. Joe graduated with a double major in Finance and Marketing from the Lebow College of Business at Drexel University.
