Biography

Mr. Ethan Tyminski serves as Chief Financial Officer at Great Mountain Partners. He serves as Principal & Chief Financial Officer at DTN Ventures. He served as Controller at Wood Creek Capital Management. He supported the investment 0perations and financial reporting team. Previously, he worked as an SEC reporting analyst at General Electric where he focused on external reporting of company results. Prior to that he was a Senior Associate at CCR, LLP, a mid-market CPA firm, in their audit practice. He graduated from the University of Connecticut with a B.S. in Accounting and has an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Connecticut. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
