Biography

Mr. Frank Nuccio serves as Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer at O'Connor Capital Partners. Prior to joining O'Connor in 2002, he was a Manager in the Real Estate Services Group at Ernst & Young. He is a graduate of Hofstra University (B.B.A.) and is a Certified Public Accountant. He is a Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at O'Connor. He has over 20 years of experience at O'Connor, including overseeing all aspects of accounting, financial and investor reporting and insurance. He also works with the property management, development and asset management teams at O'Connor in overseeing investment operations and performance. Prior to joining O'Connor in 2002, he was an audit manager at the Real Estate Services Group at Ernst & Young. He is a graduate of Hofstra University where he earned a degree in Accounting. He is a CPA and a CGMA and a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and New York State Society of CPAs.
