Biography

Mr. Rick Ramsey serves as Managing Partner at New Page Capital. He is a Co-Owner and serves as President at American Industrial Contractors. Previously, he served as Board member at the company. Prior to joining New Page Capital, Ramsey worked at Danaher, a Fortune 200, global industrial manufacturer, in various operations, lean, marketing and business development roles across several different operating companies. Most recently, he worked for Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Danaher subsidiary, as the Director of Global Marketing for its gas dispenser business. Prior to graduate school, Ramsey gained valuable corporate finance experience as an investment banker at Bear Stearns and C.E. Unterberg, Towbin in New York City.
