Biography
Mr. Vlad Besprozvany is the Founder & serves as Managing Partner at Nexa Equity. He serves as Chairman at Autura. He also serves as a Board Member at Easy Metrics. He focuses on investments in leveraged buyouts and majority recapitalizations in both high-growth and mature software businesses. Before joining Insight, he was a member of the investment team at Thoma Bravo. He completed various platform and add-on software buyouts including conducting operational and industry due diligence, arranging financing commitments, and sourcing potential portfolio and follow-on investments. He also supported several portfolio companies through add-on acquisitions and worked with management teams to implement operational improvements. Previously he worked in the Technology Investment Banking group at JP Morgan. Earlier, he worked in the Technology, Media, and Telecom Investment Banking group at Citigroup in London. He holds an MSc in Finance from Imperial College Business School and a bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California Santa Barbara.
