Biography

Mr. David Andrews serves as Senior Managing Director at Evercore Group. He was most recently a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank and Head of Oilfield Services coverage. He started his career at Lehman Brothers and has over 15 years of experience covering the Oilfield Services sector. He has advised a broad range of clients on strategic initiatives and capital markets solutions including National Oilwell Varco on the sale of Pfaudler to Deutsche Beteiligungs, GE on the acquisition of Lufkin, Expro International on the sale of its Connectors and Measurements division to Siemens, Archer on the acquisition of Great White Energy Services, Wood Group on the sale of its Well Support Division to GE and Horizon Offshore on its merger with Cal Dive International. Mr. Andrews has an MBA from Rice University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University. He also served in the U.S. Navy as a Submarine Warfare Officer.
