Biography

Mr. Brooks Klimley serves as Board Member at Third Coast Midstream. Mr. Klimley is President of Brooks J. Klimley & Associates, a corporate finance advisory firm concentrating on the energy, power and infrastructure sectors. Prior to founding his own firm, Mr. Klimley had a plus thirty-year career on Wall Street running investment banking and private equity practices focused on global energy and power markets. Mr. Klimley also acts as an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University's graduate School of International and Political Affairs where he teaches a course entitled, "The Quest for Sustainable Development: Energy and Power Financing Markets." In addition to his board roles at Third Coast, Mr. Klimley serves as an independent director on the boards of Antero Midstream Corporation (NYSE: AM) and Jaguar Exploration and Production (Mexico). Mr. Klimley graduated (magna cum laude) from Columbia University where he was elected into the Phi Beta Kappa Society before earning a joint BA/MA in Jurisprudence (Law) from Oxford University.
