Biography

Mr. Stewart Koenigsberg serves as Senior Advisor at Impala Partners. He served as President & Chief Executive Officer at GE Capital. He serves as Director - Independent at Impac Mortgage Holdings. He has announced his retirement as Global Head of the company and is expected to leave later in 2015. He stepped into the chief role in the summer of 2013, succeeding Kristi Colburn upon his retirement after 19 years with GE. Mr. Koenigsberg has been with GE in various capacities since 1989, having also served as CFO of GE Capital Real Estate and Executive Managing Director of GE Capital Markets. Before joining GE, he was a Senior Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Koenigsberg earned his B.S. in Accounting and Economics from the City University of New York, Brooklyn College, he is a CPA, and has held several securities industry licenses.
