Biography
Mr. Israel Grimberg is a Co-Founder & serves as Managing Partner at Team8. Since the inception of Team8, he has spearheaded Team8's hallmark company-building process. He leads Team8's innovation strategy, driving new growth opportunities, and working closely with founders to build category-leading companies. Today, he is leading the formation of Team8 Health, the Team8 group's fourth fund, ideating and building groundbreaking Digital Health companies, as well as contributing to the processes and needs of the Team8 enterprise. Before founding Team8, he was the head of the IDF's Technology & Intelligence Unit 8200's Cyber Division. He held a variety of responsibilities during his 23 years of service, ranging from engineering to leading thousands of cyber R&D professionals. He earned B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in engineering from Tel Aviv University. Today, in addition to his business operations, he studies philosophy at Tel Aviv University.
