Biography

Ms. Amy Yeh serves as Senior Managing Director at Woori Venture Partners. She served as Senior Managing Director, Investments, China at KTB Network. She has extensive investment and financial experiences in China and in the U.S. She has had significant involvements in fostering the growth and strategic development of investee companies and often serves as a Board Director of portfolio companies. She has led the investments in G Suo Inc. (a leading local life information provider Dingding Wang) and XueErSi (a leading educational service provider) of KTB's portfolio. Before joining KTB, she was with Softbank China Venture Capital (SBCVC) responsible for deal origination, due diligence, appraisals, negotiation, deal-structuring, ongoing management, M&A, and exit strategy. Her portfolios include Alibaba.com (the largest B2B e-commerce company in China), Taobao.com (the largest C2C e-commerce site in China), Focus Media (China's largest out-of-home multi-platform lifestyle media company), Goodbaby (a leading children's product company in China), etc. Before joining SBCVC in 2000, she was a Senior Manager of PricewaterhouseCoopers advising and assisting leading domestic and international high-tech clients in assurance services, M&As, and fundraising exercises in the international capital market (e.g., Nasdaq IPO of UTStarcom). In addition, she has helped multinational enterprises with China's business development. Her clients include Softbank, Philips, Ericsson, Hitachi, Lucent Technologies, UTStarcom, Hyundai Electronics, Xerox, Logitech, U.S. Federal Financing Bank, Daewoo, Bellsouth, Pfizer, SmithKline Beecham, Valeo etc.
