Biography

Dr. Vivian Wan serves as Managing Director at TPG. She leads the human capital agenda of TPG's portfolio companies in Asia. She serves as Board Member at Nox. Prior to joining TPG in 2011, she held various HR leadership positions with Intel Corporation, including Asia Strategic Staffing Director and China Human Resources Director. During her five years with Intel, She focused on leadership pipeline building, countrywide workforce planning, as well as organization development, and right-sizing. Prior to Intel, she was a Consultant with Heidrick & Struggles where she covered the private equity, technology, and insurance industries. Additionally, she was a Management Consultant with McKinsey & Company. She received a Ph.D. in physics from St. John's College, University of Cambridge, and an MSc and MA from New Hall, University of Cambridge.
