Eric Emmert General Information

Biography

Mr. Eric Emmert serves as Managing Director at Riverside Management Group. He has over 17 years of Wall Street experience focusing on the consumer products, industrials, metals & mining, retail, and technology sectors as an investor and an underwriter across the capital structure. Before joining RMG, Eric was a managing director and the head of credit research for FBR Capital Markets where he developed the firm's credit research product, introduced trade ideas to clients, and partnered with the banking team on new issue underwriting. From 2007 to 2011, Eric ran the high-yield group at Allied Irish Bank and led them through the European financial crisis. He began his career in commercial lending at Fleet Bank and also helped launch the high-yield group at Guardian Life Insurance in 2000. Mr. Emmert earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from Tufts University and an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU. He holds the series 24, 7, and 63 licenses.
