Biography

Dr. Richard Staelin serves as Chairman of the Board at Bioelectronics. He also serves as a Medical and Scientific Advisor & Board Member at Bivarus. He is the Edward and Rose Donnell Professor of Business Administration at The Fuqua School of Business, Duke University. He also has won numerous awards including best-paper awards from the Journal of Marketing Research, the Journal of Marketing, the Journal of Service Research, and Marketing Science. He has taught in several executive programs around the world and his main interest in executive education is showing how strategic or tactical marketing problems can be better solved using good analysis. He holds two bachelor's degrees in engineering and an MBA and Ph.D. from the University of Michigan.
