Previously he served as Board Member at Perch Security. He also served as Board Observer at Omnivore. He co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer at ConnectWise. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer & Board Member at LabTech Software. He recognized the impact that microcomputers would have on business and formed the company with his brother David. His passion for continually driving operational efficiencies and delivering excellent customer service makes ConnectWise one of the most admired companies in the technology services market. In 1998, he decided to capture his company's best practices in an integrated, workflow-driven business management solution that would benefit all IT services companies. That project resulted in the creation of the ConnectWise business operating system. Today, ConnectWise is used by over 6,500 technology services companies across the Globe. With over 100,000 users, ConnectWise automates the full life cycle of IT services delivery-from sales and service to project tracking and back-office functions.
