Biography
Mr. Chris Barnes serves as Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Atomico. He served as Director of Product at Evrythng. Based in London, he works across all aspects of Atomico's operations. Chris joined the company after thirteen years at private equity company Terra Firma as CFO and a member of the management team. At TerraFirma, Chris' responsibilities included investor reporting, fund accounting, and transaction equity funding and he worked on the structuring and execution of many investments, including WRG/Infinis, Odeon & UCI, Tank & Rast, Phoenix Group, and AWAS. Prior to Terra Firma, Chris worked in the Private Equity group at Arthur Andersen for 10 years. Chris is a Chartered Accountant and has a Double First in Economics and History from Cambridge University.
