Prior to joining ECA as President and COO, Stu was the President of Sears Home Services, a 3.7 billion dollar business focused on providing a broad portfolio of in-home services. Before his time at Sears, Stu was President of the Motorola Mobile Device business after coming to the company to establish the Worldwide Operations group reporting to the CEO. He also spent 20+ years at IBM where he led Worldwide Manufacturing and Engineering for all Hardware and Software. Stu received his BA in Business from Michigan State University and his MS in Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as a Sloan Fellow. He also served as an Operating Executive at Willis Stein & Partners.
