He was the Group HR Manager, Head of HR, and National and State HR Manager roles at Coca-Cola Amatil. Craig brings over three decades of invaluable People, Culture, and Safety expertise, covering diverse industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, telecommunications, energy, and fast-moving consumer goods. As our Chief People Officer since January 2023, Craig's extensive career uniquely positions him to play a pivotal role in our company's growth and evolution. Craig's career highlights encompass his early formative experience with seven years at Optus Communications during the business's startup phase, where he honed his skills in managing organizational design and change during periods of significant growth. Following this, he dedicated two decades to globally renowned companies, Coca-Cola and DP World. At both organizations, Craig led the charge in introducing innovative strategies that cultivated positive and vibrant workplace cultures. His initiatives included performance and succession programs that nurtured high-performance teams and developed future leader capabilities.
