Biography

Ms. Kira Gerbron served as a Principal at Pivot Leadership. Before joining Pivot, she worked for lululemon athletica in both the community relations and store operations departments. As a regional community manager, she was responsible for using grassroots marketing to introduce the lululemon brand in new markets along the East Coast. As a store manager, she was an entrepreneurial owner, managing the store's bottom line and developing leaders through performance management and succession planning. It was at lululemon athletica that Kira discovered her passion for leadership development. She also has experience in marketing and branding, and served as an account executive at a Philadelphia-based branding agency, 160over90. While there, she was responsible for client relations and brand strategy for companies including Nike, Deckers Outdoor Corporation, and the University of Notre Dame.
