Ms. Shalini Gupta is the Founder and served as a Vice President of Customer Success at Persio. She has played a key role in the growth and positioning of the company. Prior to Iris, she spent 10 years agency side at Critical Mass and Sapient Nitro where she was responsible for multiple client portfolios and teams spanning 5 global offices. Her experience includes the development and delivery of large scale marketing programs for many brands including United Airlines, Moen, Infiniti, Dell, Hyatt Hotels, John Deere, USAA and Valvoline. Her expertise includes strategic brand development, digital and mobile marketing, social networking and program management. At Iris Mobile, she leads the client delivery team and supports all marketing initiatives. Her experience has allowed her to excel at creating mobile programs that balance business priorities and customer needs to deliver results.
