Biography

Mr. Brandt Hamby is a Co-Founder and serves as a Partner and Member of the SPP Investment Committee at Six Pillars Partners. Mr. Hamby serves as Board Member at Signature Back Office Solutions. He served as Board Member at Cadient Talent. He was a Board Member of Wood Networks, Tax Advisors Group, Infinitude Creative Group and the University of North Texas Alumni Association. He began his career in sales and sales management in the telecommunications industry. From 1995 to 2007, he was a principal and executive with StraightSource, a pioneer in the recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) industry. Within StraightSource, he served in multiple roles including Executive Vice President of Global Marketing, Executive Vice President of Business Development and Chief Operating Officer. His marketing and customer initiatives helped StraightSource's enterprise value grow from $4M to $20M and its earnings increased by 800% in four years. StraightSource was chosen as "RPO Provider of the Year" in 2006 by the Human Resource Outsourcing Association and was sold to Kenexa (KNXA) in 2007. Kenexa was sold to IBM in 2012 for $1.2B. After selling StraightSource, he led or was involved in several investment partnerships in commercial real estate, residential real estate, distressed credit and financial institutions. He graduated from the University of North Texas in 1993 with a BA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.
