Biography
Mr. Paul Voorheis served as Chief Financial Officer & Board Member at Avyst Technologies. He Co-Founded & served as Managing Director at Aspen Advisors. In 1992, Mr. Voorheis began his career at Salomon Brothers Inc with a concentration in mergers, acquisitions, and high yield financings. While at Salomon Brothers, Mr. Voorheis' experience included transactions in industries such as telecommunications, broadcast/media, technology, waste management, manufacturing, plastics, and energy. After Salomon Brothers, Mr. Voorheis spent several years in management consulting and operational roles for both domestic and international companies focusing on corporate development, strategic alliances, accessing the U.S capital markets, and implementing emerging technologies. He graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in Finance and Minor in Economics.
