Biography
Mr. Jeff Reasons is the Founder and serves as Chairman at Southern Health Partners. He also served as Past-President and Chairman of Prison Health Services, Inc. (PHS) and Chief Executive Officer of the parent company, America Service Group Inc. (ASGR-NASDAQ) until 1996. Mr. Reasons adds over thirty (35) years of experience in all aspects of healthcare management to our company. Prior to joining PHS in 1986, Mr. Reasons worked for nine years for the Hospital Corporation of America (HCA). Jeff is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin and Rockhurst University (MBA).
