Biography
Mr. Ryan Fegley is a Co-Founder and serves as Partner at Excelsior Energy Capital. He has spent over 11 years in the renewable energy industry as a variety of project finance, project development and asset management roles. Prior to Excelsior Energy Capital, Mr. Fegley was a Managing Director at TerraForm Power where he led financial analysis and underwriting for new acquisitions. Prior to Terraform Power, Mr. Fegley was a Senior Associate at EverStream Capital Management focused on renewable energy and natural gas infrastructure investments. Before joining EverStream, Mr. Fegley worked as an Associate at Project Resource Corporation with a focus on financing the firm's wind energy development pipeline and managing wind project operations. Mr. Fegley began his career as an accountant for Black River Asset Management, a wholly owned asset management subsidiary of Cargill. Mr. Fegley has led underwriting and financing on over $2 billion of wind and solar transactions and has managed operations for a $70 million portfolio of renewable energy projects. Mr. Fegley received his BA from the University of North Dakota and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
