Biography

Mr. Allan Barwick serves as Partner at Pennock Acheson Nielsen Devaney. Allan has extensive experience providing assurance and advisory services to medium and large sized owner-managed businesses. Allan's clients include family and employee-owned companies operating in the agriculture, retail grocery, auto dealer, manufacturing, distribution, recruitment and oilfield services industries. Allan also has broad experience assisting clients with mergers and acquisitions, divestiture transactions, financing arrangements and internal control reviews. Prior to joining PAND in 1998, Allan was with the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche for five years and operated his own consulting practice for two years. Allan is a graduate of the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology where he obtained his Business Administration Diploma in Accounting in 1992. Prior to attending NAIT, Allan had several years of working experience in the automotive and retail sectors.
