Biography

Ms. Sharon Rosenthal serves as Chief Human Resources Officer at Envestnet. Ms. Rosenthal is responsible for developing and implementing employee programs and human resources strategies that support the achievement of key business imperatives. This includes workforce development and organization effectiveness, benefits and compensation, staffing, employee communication, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and HR processes and information management. Prior to joining Envestnet, Rosenthal served as Vice President, HR Executive for North American Finance, Actuary and Risk for Aviva, plc., the world's sixth largest insurance company based in the UK. There she was responsible for US and Canadian teams, providing executive development and coaching, talent management execution, as well as oversight for the delivery of HR shared services. Prior to Aviva, Rosenthal served as Vice President, HR Business Partner for Shared Services at CNA Insurance where she lead a team of HR Generalists delivering HR policies and programs for over 3,000 employees in the technology, finance, operations, and legal shared services areas. Prior to that, Rosenthal was also Vice President, Leadership and Talent Management Advisor at Merrill Lynch supporting teams in the US, UK and Asia and Senior HR Advisor, and First Vice President at ABN AMRO where she supported the technology shared services group. She has also previously led multinational efforts to drive shared values and culture, created and implemented talent management programs and lead project teams delivering organization transformation and change. Rosenthal holds a B.A. from the University of California, San Diego and has earned the Global and Senior Professional Human Resources designations.
