Biography

Mr. Jason Wallace serves as Head of Mergers and Acquisition Advisory at Citizens M&A Advisory. He serves as Managing Director at Bowstring Advisors. He believes that extraordinary client outcomes occur at the intersection of high-performing businesses, sector expertise, and process excellence. Our clients are high-performing category leaders and we share the same commitment to excellence that all of our clients used to build differentiated and valuable businesses. He is the team lead for Bowstring's efforts in Human Capital Management and Industrial Services. With his depth of sector expertise, he and his team possess a true understanding of value drivers, active strategic and financial buyers, and innovative and customized transaction processes. Representative transactions include the sale of MC Sign to Arcapita, the sale of DSG Consulting to Stone-Goff Partners, the sale of American II Electronics to Wynnchurch, and the sale of Inmark Packaging to Quad-C. He joined Bowstring Advisors in 2014 to advise growth-oriented industrial services and human capital management businesses. He has 20 years of experience advising Boards of Directors and senior management teams on their most critical business and strategic issues. He has executed M&A transactions totaling more than $40 billion in enterprise value. Before joining Bowstring, he was a Managing Director for Blackstone Advisory Partners, the M&A advisory arm of Blackstone. At Blackstone, he was a founding member of the Atlanta office and led Blackstone's efforts in business and industrial services. He began his career in the Investment Banking division of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He is a graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology and received his Master of Business Administarion from Harvard Business School.
