Biography
Mr. Robin Black is a Co-Founder & serves as Board Member at Heartstone Inns. He is a Co-Founder at BFM Partners. Mr. Black serves as Board Member at The Ink Factory. He has 30 years of private equity experience as a senior partner of both Balmuir Partners and Botts & Company and as an investment officer of Bankers Trust. Until recently, he was the CFO of Corbin & King (the London-based restaurant and hotel business) and is a non-executive director of a number of unquoted companies including Heartstone Inns. He was one of the founders, and subsequently a non-executive director, of Cineworld, Malmaison, and Primesight; and was chairman of Osprey Publishing. He is currently the chairman of Malvern College.
