Biography

Mr. Chris Jordan served as Managing Director at Cabfind. He is a recognised leader in the taxi and private hire industry and a successful entrepreneur with nearly 30 years of experience. Chris and Cabfind.com's core values focus on service to customers, stakeholders and the surrounding community. Chris first started his career in the parcel industry, becoming Director of WPS (World Parcel Service) in 1990. In 1994 Chris became Managing Director of the family owned firm Davy Liver Taxis. His vision to take the company to a new level brought innovative ideas to what was at the time considered a static and poor performing industry. He championed the use of technology, introduced new methods of working and re-structured the organization to make Davy Liver a market leader that set new standards of practice. In the 10 years that followed his leadership grew the business five fold. The group's new strength and ever increasing technical know-how, allowed Chris to further develop the concept of taxi management services. This resulted in the development of a number of innovative booking platforms, which were refined and ultimately led to the launch of Cabfind.com in 2005. Chris works closely with his brother Tim, and continues to develop the Cabfind.com brand strategy and lead the company through this exciting period of growth. His entrepreneurial mindset has created an environment where creativity flourishes and the team are empowered to go the extra mile for customers.
