Biography

Mr. Matthew Scarborough served as President at ensuredmail. He began his career in banking. Upon completion of the management development program at MBNA America Bank, he served as an officer developing and managing the bank's new Internet initiatives. Matt has also served as adjunct faculty at the University of Delaware, and currently sits on the University's Alumni Board. Matt received a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree while attending the University of Delaware on full academic scholarship. He also received a Master of Arts in Economics and MBA from the University of Delaware.
