Biography
Mr. Benedikt Westrick Co-Founded Kindly Light. He served as a Partner at Rosemark Capital. He started his career overseeing sales and business development at the iconic Italian motorcycle manufacturer Ducati, following its takeover by private equity firm Texas Pacific Group. During his tenure, he achieved double-digit growth by restructuring the existing distribution network and refocusing the product portfolio. Benedikt then joined Maserati as chief of staff to the CEO, where he coordinated the company's financial and sales turnaround plan, paving the way for the tripling of the company's global sales. Before joining Rosemark Capital, he worked at Alvarez & Marsal, a restructuring and turnaround firm, where he advised and implemented due diligence and restructuring projects as an interim manager on behalf of mid-size private equity funds. He holds a degree in Naval Engineering & Yacht Design from Southampton University (UK) and an MBA from the University of Bologna (Italy).
