Biography

Mr. Michael Jackson serves as Managing Director at KeyBanc Capital Markets. Mr. Jackson serves as Managing Director at KeyBanc Capital Markets. From 2003 to 2017, Mr. Jackson led KeyBanc Capital Markets' Healthcare Group and continues to have responsibility for the firm's Financial Services and Corporate Banking efforts. As a healthcare banker, he has significant experience in senior debt arrangement, capital markets and relationship management for both public and privately held businesses. Mr. Jackson has led senior financings including STERIS' acquisition of Synergy Health, Integer's acquisition of Lake Region Medical, the privatization of American Dental Partners by JLL Partners, ParExel's acquisition ClinPhone and Excellere's acquisition of Advanced Pain Management. He is a member of Key's Executive Council. Prior to his role in healthcare, Mr. Jackson was a Team Leader for Key's Technology Finance Group and managed the bank's relationships with technology industry clients in the Eastern U.S. From 1991 to 2000, Mr. Jackson was a Senior Vice President-Relationship Manager in Key's Large Corporate Group managing relationships with companies in retail, automotive, distribution and manufacturing sectors in both the Cleveland and Detroit markets. Previously, he coordinated the bank's management training program and held positions in Middle Market Lending and Media Lending. Mr. Jackson holds a B.S.B.A. from Bowling Green State University and an MBA from the University of Toledo.
