Biography

Mr. Joseph Campolo serves as Managing Partner at Campolo, Middleton & McCormick. He specializes in representing individuals and businesses involved in complex legal matters. He served honorably in the United States Marine Corps, and then attended Stony Brook University and Fordham Law School, where he was a member of the Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal, served as a research assistant for Michael Martin (Evidence, 7th Ed.) and as a judicial intern to Judge Denis Hurley (EDNY). Upon graduating he began practicing law at some of Long Island's largest and most respected law firm, and served as the Village Prosecutor for the Village of Sands Point. Joe was then brought on to serve as in house General Counsel to a national technology company, where he was ultimately promoted to President. During his tenure as General Counsel, he was responsible for the company's international growth and gained tremendous experience in negotiating and closing all types of business agreements and transactions, raising private equity, as well as managing complex business litigation. While President, he attended and completed the Executive Business Program at the Sloan School of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
