Biography

Mr. Osei Van Horne serves as Managing Partner & Co-Global Head of Sustainable Growth Equity at J.P. Morgan Private Capital at JP Morgan Chase. He also oversees the bank's Project Black partnership with Ariel Investments. Prior to this, he was a Managing Director and co-founder of the technology growth and private equity practice of Wells Fargo Strategic Capital where he led the bank's efforts to launch a private equity fund focused on supporting minority entrepreneurs and advised the bank on its investments in minority depository institutions. Previously, he was a multi-strategy private equity investor in the Merchant Banking Division at Goldman, Sachs & Co where he executed equity and debt investments from a $1 billion AUM fund focused on investments in minority-owned companies. Previously, he was an advisor to Manos Accelerator, an accelerator program focused on supporting Hispanic entrepreneurs. In 2019 and 2020, he was named one of the top 50 global corporate venture capitalists by Global Corporate Venturing, a trade organization for corporate venture capital organizations. He is also the Board Member at Industrious & Board Advisor at Women's Venture Fund and City and County of San Francisco's Office of Economic and Workforce Development's Information & Communications Technology (ICT) committee. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Columbia University Graduate School of Business and a mentor at All Raise. He is a graduate of Howard University.
