Jenifer Brown JD General Information

Biography

Ms. Jenifer Brown served as General Counsel and chief Administrative Officer at Altruista Health. In this capacity, she is responsible for managing all corporate, legal, compliance, human resource and administrative matters for the company. In 2012, she provided legal consultancy services the company until she joined full-time in her current role in 2015. Prior to joining Altruista Health, she was an attorney with the national law firm of BakerHostetler, where she specialized in health care, antitrust and corporate law for eighteen years. Additionally, she spent time as in-house counsel with a software development company, Santeon Group, and was a research analyst for the Wisconsin Medicaid Program. She received a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Wisconsin School of Business and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wisconsin School of Law. She is a member of the state bars of Wisconsin, Virginia and the District of Columbia.
