Biography
Mr. Eric Eisbrenner served as Chief Financial Officer and Board Member at Invictus Medical. He is a Co-Founder and former Chief Financial Officer of Vidacare Corporation, a medical device start-up company located in San Antonio, Texas, with an estimated value in excess of $450 million. While at Vidacare, Eisbrenner played pivotal roles in all aspects of starting and building Vidacare to over 75 employees around the world, with sales exceeding $35 million. During his tenure, Mr. Eisbrenner assisted in obtaining 13 FDA 510(k) clearances and 4 major grants, creating a new product line for the company with a market value of over $700 million, and helping Vidacare earn the 2008 Wall Street Journal Innovation Award as well as the 2005 Gold Medical Design Excellence Award.
