Biography

Mr. Adam Rose serves as Stockholder & Attorney at Reid and Riege. He represents physician practices, hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, and behavioral health providers on a wide array of corporate, regulatory, and transactional matters. Adam's areas of focus include physician practice governance, ownership, and employment matters; physician practice and other healthcare entity mergers, acquisitions, and affiliations; hospital-physician and hospital-hospital contractual arrangements and joint ventures; federal and state regulatory compliance (including Stark law, fraud and abuse, false claims, and HIPAA counseling); managed care contract negotiations; Medicare and Medicaid coverage and reimbursement compliance (including representing providers subject to audit); practitioner and facility licensure and Certificate of Need matters; health care related white collar defense; and all manner of health-related vendor contracting.
