He worked with the Abénex team on several occasions across various LBO financing transactions, and subsequently decided to join Abénex in 2008. In 2015, Jérôme became CFO of an SME in the high-end carpentry sector based near Lyon, leading two external growth operations. Jérôme rejoined Abénex in 2017 to open the Lyon office, bringing deep operational and industry insight gained during his two years as CFO.
