He has more than 20 years of investment banking experience. Most recently, he served as a Senior Managing Director with Blackstone, where he focused on originating and executing mergers & acquisitions and capital raising transactions for corporations, investors and governments. Prior to joining Blackstone in 1996, he worked at Wolfensohn & Co and in the corporate finance department of Bear Stearns.
