Biography

Mr. Godfrey Gill serves as Managing Director, Capital & Partner Solutions at Vista Equity Partners. He serves as Trustee & Chairman of the Development and Alumni Relations Committee and Member of the Executive Committee, Finance Committee, and Compensation and Succession Subcommittee at Howard University. He joined Vista Equity Partners in September 2019. Mr. Gill leads Vista's Capital & Partner Solutions engagement and development efforts primarily focused on the Vista Public Strategies platform. Prior to joining Vista, Mr. Gill served as a Managing Director at Lyrical Partners, LP, where he focused on institutional sales and marketing efforts and a broad cross-section of institutional clients throughout North America. Before his time with Lyrical, Mr. Gill was a Managing Director at Karsch Capital Management, where he served in a variety of roles including client services, sales, marketing, and as a member of the Investment team. Prior to Karsch Capital, Mr. Gill co-founded Keel Capital, an equity long/short investment firm focused on investing in companies in industries undergoing disruptive change, and served as Head of Investment Research.
